Welcome to the Crunchie Munchkins website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Crunchie Munchkins is a registered Munchkin cat cattery dedicated to breeding healthy, well-socialised kittens. All our cats are raised in a loving home environment and are DNA tested and health screened.

2. Kitten Availability & Waitlist

• Kittens are made available on a waitlist basis. Registering your interest does not guarantee a kitten.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline any adoption application at our sole discretion, based on what we believe is in the best interest of the kitten.
• Kitten availability, pricing, and details are subject to change without notice.
• Photos and descriptions on this website are provided for reference. Appearance, colour, and markings may vary as kittens grow.

3. Adoption Process

• All prospective owners must complete our waitlist registration form and may be asked additional screening questions.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a kitten. The deposit amount and payment method will be communicated directly.
• The remaining balance is due before or at the time of kitten collection.
• Kittens will not be released until they are of appropriate age, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and veterinary checked.

4. Health Guarantee

• All kittens leave our cattery with an up-to-date vaccination record, microchip details, and a veterinary health check.
• Our queens are DNA tested and health screened. We are happy to provide health testing documentation upon request.
• We recommend that new owners have their kitten examined by their own veterinarian within 72 hours of collection.
• We are not liable for any health issues that arise after the kitten has left our care, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Deposits & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable and serve to secure a kitten reservation.
• If we are unable to provide a kitten (e.g., due to a smaller than expected litter), your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a future litter at your discretion.
• If you withdraw your application after a kitten has been reserved for you, the deposit will not be refunded.

6. Responsible Ownership

By adopting a kitten from Crunchie Munchkins, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, loving, and suitable indoor environment for the kitten
• Ensure the kitten receives regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and check-ups
• Desex/neuter the kitten by the agreed age, unless purchased on the breeding register
• Not rehome, sell, or surrender the kitten to a shelter without first contacting us — we will always take our kittens back
• Not declaw the kitten under any circumstances

7. Breeding Rights

Kittens are sold as pets on the limited (non-breeding) register unless a breeding agreement has been explicitly arranged in writing. Unauthorised breeding of our kittens is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on this website are the property of Crunchie Munchkins. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent. Photos of our kittens and queens may not be used for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crunchie Munchkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the adoption of a kitten. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and should not be considered veterinary advice.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
